A local restaurant near us hosts a Halloween Party every year. The usually do it a few days before Halloween and its always fun. They have characters walking around greeting all the kids, they make balloon animal and they do face painting. its a fun way to kick off the holiday.

I am truly blessed to have the my Mom as my Mother. She is my true hero and the one person I admire and look up to the most in life. I owe so much to her. She has given me so much in life and i am who I am because of her. But I am most blessed with what she has given to my daughter. I love the way the two of them look at each other. You can see and feel how much they mean to each other from the other end of the room. it is beautiful. Its like watching a pot of gold explode at the end of a Rainbow.

As I have mentioned before, the apple of my eye is my daughter Emilee. I can not express enough how truly blessed I am to have her in my life. She is pure joy and happiness. As most of you know it took me five years and everything that could go wrong, to finally hold Emilee in my arms and from the moment I first saw her sweet smile all was forgotten and I would have waited 100 years to hold her. She is everything that is good and pure and right in the world and whenever she enters the room a ray of sunshine shines through. I am not only blessed to watch this child grow and blossom into the incredible person i know she will become, but I am also blessed to be granted the honor of being her mom.
