The World Is Her Canvas
Another great activity that Xiu Xiu loves to do is drawing with chalk. She loves the fact that she can draw on the driveway for all to see. She calls it a big piece of paper. Xiu Xiu is very creative. She loves all sorts of arts and crafts. She has an creative and vivid imagination so arts and crafts is a great medium to express her inner soul. It truly is amazing and awe inspiring to sit back and watch her play. You never know what story line is going to play out in front of you. Most of the time I quietly sit back with my video camera documenting these One of A Kind performances.

I have been asked over and over again how I get Emilee to smile and pose in all of her photos. First off, Emilee is a ham in front of the camera. Secondly, I take lots of photos. I keep snapping away until I get what I like. Also knowing your subject is an important key. We play when we take pictures so its a lot of fun for both of it. And Third, there are times that she has had enough and doesn't want the session to continue. Above it an example. " Mom, No more. I have had enough"
More Pool Pictures
I know I have been posting a lot of pool pictures. But because I cant get around much this has been my favorite activity with Xiu Xiu. My darling is such a water baby. ( I think all Xuwen sweeties are) She loves splashing around and paddling from one place to the other. She can spend hours in the pool. The funniest is when she pretends Nemo and Ariel are in the pool with her. What an imagination she has. I love Xiu Xius smile when she is just having fun splashing around I cant get enough of it on film. ( As you can tell)
