Since Emilees Medical was done in November, I am assuming that her pictures where taken Oct/Nov 2005. Here is a recent picture of Emilee in Oct of 2006, one year later. Its amazing how much she has changed.

EMILEES FIRST HAIR CUT

Emilee had her first hair cut. Well, it was not so much a hair cut than a shaping. When she was in the orphanage they gave her a hopped up hair cut that as it grew out created straggling, sparse layers. My friend Maxs mom suggested that I even out the back so that the hair can grow in correctly. The front of her hair is finally starting to grow in so hopefully it will catch up to the rest of her hair soon. As you can see Emilee was not too happy about having her hair cut. She cried from the moment I placed her in the chair. Poor thing. She never moved the whole hair cut she just sobbed. As soon as I picked her up after the cut was over she was laughing. Im sure she will get a kick out of these pictures one day,

Bond, Xiu Xiu Bond

This toy was a gift from a fellow Xu Mom, Rahilla ,for Emilees Birthday. ( Thank you again) I recommend this toy highly. Emilee loves it and plays with it everyday. She gets so excited when the balls pop out of the top. Its so cute to watch.
