A friend of my mother's sent me this beautiful Poem. She is such an amazing writter and this poem brought a tear to my eye. I thought I would share her words with you.

Here's to Emilee's and her Mommy's glow.
Here's to providence that brought them together.
Here's to the future, the good, the bad, the trials, the tribulations that we know you will weather.
Here's to your family, her family, and each and every friend.
