As all of you know from my many, many pictures of Emilee on a horse she loves riding. Its a passion of hers and to see her on a horse is to see her complete. This year she will be competing and we are all so excited to watch and cheer her on.
This past weekend her Best friend Elizabeth competed in the Devon Horse Show. Elizabeth has been riding for 3 years and she is a very accomplished rider. Emilee could not wait to cheer her friend on and from the moment Elizabeth came out Emilee was her biggest fan. Cheering and waving her on. It was nice to see that Emilee could be so excited for her friend. I really wasn't sure if she would be upset that she was not in the ring, but it was just the opposite. Emilee could not have been prouder of her friend. Elizabeth did amazingly and we are all so proud of her

After Elizabeth competed we went to the county fair so that the girls could have a little fun just being kids.

Oh, one of Lauren's best friends is a serious rider too ~ we have not taken the plunge, but I know the interest is there!

Beautiful images! I bet her mom is glad you were able to come and take them! Love the way everyone is dressed like they do for horse races (the dresses and hats) - I didn't know that they did that :)

What a FUN day for the girls!! They both looks adorable......great pictures of such a spectacular event!! So many great photo opps....everywhere you look is a "picture"
