EMILEE AND HER HORSE PETE

I love the above picture.  Not only because it a great picture of Emilee and Pete but because Emilee is smiling.  You may think Im crazy.  From the past one million pictures Emilee always smiles.  But not when shes doing sports.  Emilee is a very serious and intense child.  At 2 when she was evealuated for speach they labeled her as "Hyper Focused".  (what ever that means) but is is a very focused child who blocks out everything around her when she is concentrationg on something.  She is escpecially focused in sports.  She gets so involved in what she is doing and is so busy concentrating to get it right that her face and serious expression is the look my camera captures.  Not that i dont love that serious look. Shes so beautiful i love every expression, Serious, happy or just plain silly.  But every so often if you are lucky enough to get a glimps a smile shines through and I swear there is a glow in the air.  At this moment i was lucky enough to get it on film.  Emilee had just completed her jump perfectly and she knew it.
