On Friday we had a Goodbye Dinner for Great Nana Lilly. She is now back in Florida and wont be back in New York until April. It was so nice having Lilly in town, even if it was for such a short time. She is truly a very special person.
Emilee loves the park near Nana's house and the whole dinner kept asking if we could go to the Park after dinner. We told her it was getting dark and that the park would most likely be closed but we would look. To all of our surprise---all of us except Emilee-- the park was open. There were even children playing in it. Emilee has a great time, She loved the idea of playing in a park when it was dark outside.
We are going to Miss you Lilly. Maybe we will go down to Florida to visit this winter.
