My friend G invited Emilee and me over to her house to celebrate the first night of Rosh Hashana. For those of you that don't know, Rosh Hashana is the Jewish New Year. (Emilee asked me what we were celebrating and when I told her Jewish new Year she looked at me rolled her eyes and said " Another New Year*, that's three of them" -- * The three New Years that we celebrate is Jan 1st, Chinese new year and Jewish new year) We had such a good time and dinner was delicious. G spoiled me and made my favorite kasha vanishkas. Yummy. The girls had so much fun dipping Apples in Honey, symbolizing a sweet year. G thank you so much for such a great evening.
