I hate to sound like a weather woman but the east Coast wast it with a second major storm. I swear its been getting worse and worse every year. i remember the first year Emilee came home i bought snow boots, snow suits and long johns that were only used on a ski vacation. We received no real snow to speak of. Last year and this year, well that's a different story. For those of you who don't really get snow, its pretty and nice when it first comes down. the trees look picturesque, its delightful to play in and the world looks like a cuddly white blanket. then the next day comes. Shoveling, slush, shoveling, bitter cold, did i mention shoveling..... Not as much fun. It gets to a point you don't even know where to put all the snow. Then the next storm comes and by this point you are tired of it. The problem is the east Coast is bracing for another blast of snow due tomorrow. Well at least Emilee is on vacation we can just stay in, bake cookies, do arts and crafts and snuggle. now that sounds like a fun day.
