CIDER HOUSE RULES

A few weeks ago we had a wonderful visit with cousins at their vacation house in the Poconos. Emilee had the best time catching up and playing with Jordan( 10), Aidan ( 8) and Ryan(3). She has developed a special closeness with Aidan. The five of them were so cute together. Playing video games, watching movies, building and rough housing. Yes, my girl can keep up with the best of them. she may look like a dainty princess but if there are boys around she becomes the Tomboy.

As a side trip we went to a Cider Mill Farm. The farm was really adventurous for the kids. It had a Hugh corn maze, a hay slide, Animals-- cows, goats, ducks sheep and horses, lots of room to run around and the best part of the day an apple catapult that launches apples. the kid went wild trying to hit the target on the trees. I can not tell you how many buckets of apples we bought but it was worth it to see the joy on the kids faces. The winner of the day was 3 year old Ryan that launched his apple in the barrel. what a shot.
