I have mentioned before my posts may be a little out of order.....
Saturday December 19th the East Coast was hit with a major snow storm. We received about 12 inches of snow, but much of the east Coast was walloped with more than 20 inches. We were supposed to go to The Santa Train at the Strasbourg Rail Road, but due to the fact the NJ Turnpike was closed down the train was canceled.
The above pictures were taken Saturday morning right as the snow was first coming down. Emilee was so excited to see the shiny snowflakes come down. We have been watching Christmas movies since mid-November and needless to say there is always lots of snow and snow activities depicted in every scene. Every day Emilee has been asking when the snow is going to come and listing all the activities she will do once it it here. Well, her wish has come true ---- LET THE FUN BEGIN --- more pictures to come later.
**** PS
sorry about the grainy pictures. i didn't want to take my good camera out in the wet snow so i took my purse camera. apparently I need a new camera. Can anyone suggest a good POCKET CAMERA.
