THE NORTHPOLE CHRISTAMS MUSEUM

This past weekend we went to The Christmas Museum, AKA North Pole. I have passed this place a million times and always said i would love to go in. Well we did and Yes, it was worth it. What a fun festive place. Perfect for a Field Trip especially this time of year. There are so many rooms each filled with a different theme from Christmas through the years starting from the 1600's to today each exhibit is a 3D scene depicting a room decorated for Christmas from each era. My favorite Christmas Around the Worlds with different trees, decorations and Christmas artifacts from Christmas all over the globe. My favorite was a delft tree, Christmas nostalgia and Ads, Coca-Cola Christmas, Santa Land filled with dolls, figurines and cards depicting different versions of Santa, A 5 and 10 decorated for Christmas, A live Nativity, A walk though Bethlehem, Children's Christmas, animated fairy tales -- These rooms seemed to go on forever with every Christmas fairy tale and scenes other fairy tales during Christmas, and the North pole with a barn filled with mechanical Rain Dear, Santa's Toy shop and Old saint Nick himself. We had the best time enjoying all the Museum had to offer. But Emilee's favorite room was the Train Room with the most elaborate train set and village we have ever scene. Emilee kept running after all the trains following them from station to station. My favorite part was watching Emilee's eyes turn to saucers as she examined all the rooms and watching her chat for about 30 minutes with Santa telling him all about her life, school and that she wants Glasses for Christmas. ( The glasses story will come later).
